**About the role**:
This pivotal role requires a visionary & commercially astute product manager with a robust track record in digital & product innovation, and digital transformation. Be responsible for working with the LPG marketing, sales and service teams, as well as the Digital product and experience team to shape and execute our digital service roadmap including the Origin App, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving significant cost reduction, and ensuring that our digital initiatives align with our business objectives and deliver measurable value.

- In consultation, define and oversee the delivery of the roadmap to transform Origin’s digital sales and service experiences to be the leading digital energy experience - not just digitising transactions, but building a digital product that is genuinely helpful and delightful.
- oversee and govern delivery of your Digital portfolio roadmap to ensure projects are delivered on-time and to-budget requirements, for the achievement of targeted product KPIs
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure initiatives align with broader business strategy and priorities
- collaborate with the Operations, Performance & Credit and Collections teams to Identify and implement digital solutions that reduce our cost to acquire and cost to service

- Strong Digital Product Management experience (3 years +), with demonstrated ability to transform digital experiences and outcomes
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of cost, ROI, ability to connect digital experiences with business outcomes
- Leadership: Proven ability to provide direction, context and prioritisation to cross functional squads
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans to achieve digital & product excellence
- Customer Focus: Commitment to enhancing customer experiences and meeting customer needs through digital solutions
