What does the
**Digital Production Manager** DO?

The Digital Production Manager is responsible for successfully delivering inspiring & engaging visual content aligning to the Creative Brief & brand pillars across all digital channels.

**Some of the incredible things you’ll be doing are**:

- Conceptualising creative direction for campaigns and content shoots ensuring innovation is delivered along with brand content in line with the market and customer expectations
- Photographing campaigns, including working with external resources where required, to achieve our content plan
- Production management, including creative critical path, production and post-production, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships and issues resolutions

Some of what we’re looking for you to SHARE includes:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Photography
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive photography and video production experience
- Demonstrated team management experience
- Extensive experience in managing multiple video and photography production workflows, schedules and processes, and all aspects of pre-production, post production and quality assurance
- Comprehensive knowledge of professional digital camera equipment and studio flash lighting
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC in particular Photoshop, Capture One and Office Suite
