We are seeking a Manager Grant Programs - Sport to join our team on a temporary (12 months), full-time basis. The role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options.

The Office of Sport is the lead NSW Government agency for sport and active recreation.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.

**About the role**
The role manages the administration, governance, monitoring and evaluation of grants and funding programs for annually recurring sport grants programs including any event legacy grants. The role coordinates delivery across Office of Sport business areas to ensure the timely and effective delivery of programs in accordance with NSW Government priorities and Office of Sport annual priorities.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in grant and program management with high level understanding of grants structures and processes within the public sector.
- Proven competency and drive, showcasing ability to develop and maintain guidelines and frameworks for grants management and administration in compliance with relevant legislation, Government directions and policies.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively to achieve program outcomes.
- Extensive managerial background in leading a multi-disciplinary team through a range of complex initiatives to achieve program deliverables.
- Well-developed research and analysis abilities that contribute to consistent, informed decision making and accurate recommendations.
