**About the role**
Based in Brisbane, this newly created position as the Learning and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and administration support, to deliver and evaluate learning and engagement programs.
These programs are designed to enhance employee and organisational effectiveness, as well as ensuring the utilisation and maintenance of robust systems and procedures that assist in meeting Ventia Training’s strategic and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Contribute to the development of an annual training schedule that meets identified staff training needs and longer-term strategic learning and engagement plans
- Co-ordinate the successful planning and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives
- Liaise with Ventia Academy and Safety, People and Culture personnel to address specific learning & engagement needs/issues arising from the execution of the annual training schedule
- Contribute to the development and coordination of quality program data and feedback from all stakeholders, ensuring the content is analysed, reviewed and updated regularly
- Co-ordinate the monitoring, reporting and continual improvement of Learning and Engagement programs, activities, costs, performance, etc, as required, via feedback, surveys, participant interviews
- Ensure appropriate marketing and promotion material are designed and developed for newsletters, slide decks, information sessions

**About you**
- Relevant qualification in business administration, training or similar/ equivalent experience
- Experience with training systems - accredited and non-accredited highly desirable
- Experience in promoting and marketing training programs
- Experience guiding/ supporting other employees
- Proven experience analysing data and outlining trends
- PowerBI or other data-system training highly regarded
- Ability to ‘think on your feet’ to progress challenging situations and inspire confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required
