**About the role**:
This is an exciting role for an experienced Administration Officer that wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. You will actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and ensure you achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; and foster genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to support the delivery of organisational outcomes.

**Duties**:
To be successful in this role you will be required to (not limited to):

- Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders on behalf of the Director, Policy & Regulation.
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks and meeting requests including coordinating meetings, attending meetings and minute taking, when required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounts payable, procurement, and finance principles and processes in a government environment.

**Skills and experience**:
Here are the types of experience, qualifications, and qualities we are looking for:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment supporting a senior executive.
- Sound knowledge of government structure, policies, and procedures (preferred).
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple competing demands.
- Adaptive, flexible and shows strong initiative.
