Property Manager Opportunity

Place Estate Agents is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including ongoing maintenance and repairs, lease renewals, and tenant communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize our dedicated PM software, Property Me, and Airtable to streamline maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee the lease renewal, move-in, and move-out process for all tenants under your portfolio.
  • Work closely with the leasing team to ensure seamless transitions and minimal out-of-office inspections.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Property Management, with a strong background in managing a solution-focused end-to-end portfolio.
  • Current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Driver's License.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with responsibility for your own work and the work of others.
  • First-class presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
