About the Role:
We are in search of individuals with an interest in the financial sector, exceptional customer service skills, and confidence in data entry. This role serves as a gateway into the Government sector and offers an array of responsibilities:
- Financial data entry
- Processing payroll, invoices, and accounts
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Investigating overdue invoices and resolving account queries
- General administrative tasks
- Utilizing Excel spreadsheets and formulas
- Addressing customer inquiries related to their accounts
Skills and Experience:

- On-the-job training and development
- A willingness to learn
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous call centre experience is a plus
- Must possess a current National Police Clearance OR be willing to obtain one
- Graduates are encouraged to apply
