I am seeking an customer service professional with strong administration skills to join an established accounts team to support them with customer service correspondence, data entry and general administration tasks.

This position is fast paced and you will be required work within time frames and deadlines with high accuracy. You will be given the opportunity to learn and develop while you work.

Duties and responsibilities

  • General administration and data entry
  • Updating client management systems.
  • Accounts administration (PO, invoicing, reconciliations, etc)
  • General Reception support

Skills and experience

  • 12 years' experience in retail, customer service, call centre, reception, general administration or business support
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable work ethic and the ability to follow through in daily tasks
  • Proactive, motivated and switchedon nature
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain would be an advantage.
