Reception/admin Support Officer

My client currently seeks an energetic, switched on and professional Receptionist/Admin Support Officer. They are a successful National organisation who have a fantastic team culture.
**The role's duties will include but will not be limited to:
- **
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Telephone - screen and direct calls to appropriate person or take and relay messages as required.
- Visitor access - greet customers and other persons entering the offices and direct as appropriate to waiting area, boardroom or Broker offices -Maintain visitor log.
- Customer Service - handle general loan maintenance duties including -change of address, change of banking details, loan pay-out requests, loan contract details, liaising with Lenders to have requests actioned.
- Ensuring clients are accommodated prior to meetings
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Maintaining client management database
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office space
- General Office Duties
**What you need to be considered**:
- Track record in time management and the ability to multitask
- Superb communication and written skills
- You will be professionally presented, mature and highly organised
- Have the ability to liaise with a broad range of clientele.
- Be able to work autonomously
- Excellent word and excel skills
- A positive work attitude
