We ae currently recruiting for our client, who have an exciting and varied role as an Accounts Officer / Office Admin

**The Role**
As the Accounts Officer/ Officer Administrator your role will be to support the business and manufacturing operation from an accounting, payroll and stock / inventory perspective.
Duties include
including payroll processing, invoicing, financial reporting and general administrative support. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial and administrative operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Produce financial reports
- Manage payroll (end to end)
- Raise invoices and administrative receipting of goods
- Supplier liaison & ordering
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Overall general office admin support
**Applicant Requirements**
It would be highly beneficial to have worked in an industrial / manufacturing type environment.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous experience in the desired areas, as follows.
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Proficient user of Xero or MYOB, including an understanding of inventory item entry
- Must have experience in dealing with suppliers
- You will have a proven track record in payroll, tax, super etc
- Good financial understanding and ability to manage reporting
- Excellent customer service skills
Training and support is available, but we are looking for someone with a good base skill set in each of the areas mentioned.
This is a full time permanent role with parking available and good long term prospects.
