**Key Responsibilities**
**Wellbeing Support Coordination**:
Act as the initial point of contact for wellbeing-related queries from students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
Triage issues to appropriate wellbeing team members (e.g., psychologists, social workers).
Maintain an up-to-date referral log and track resolution of wellbeing queries.
**Reception and Communication**:
Greet and direct visitors, answer calls, and respond to queries with a focus on wellbeing services.
Liaise with external agencies to coordinate support for students.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide routine clerical and administrative assistance, including maintaining wellbeing-related records, data-input and correspondence.
Support the organisation of wellbeing-related events, programs, and staff professional development.
**Confidentiality and Sensitivity**:
Handle all interactions with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with privacy policies and maintain sensitive documentation securely.
**General School Administration**:
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the broader Finance and Administration Team.
Assist with general school processes, including camp and event administration, as required.
Any other duties as directed by the Principal Team.
