**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a family-owned company within the printing and stationary field. Due to internal growth, we are now seeking an experienced office administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Laverton North.
This position will be on a part time basis working 2.5 days per week, with the view for increased hours and permanent, stable employment in the near future.
**THE ROLE**
- First point of contact; answering incoming calls
- Processing of customer orders
- Liase with suppliers
- Checking stock on hand in warehouse
- Data entry into Excel
- Processing of invoices in MYOB
- Other general administration tasks as required
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience working in an office admin role or similar
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Proficient using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel
- Previous experience using MYOB/Xero or similar accounting software
- High attention to detail
- True team player
- Honest and reliable
- Own vehicle and driver's licence (parking on site)
