**The Role**:
We are looking for a Property Manager with 1 to 3 years experience, that is both reliable and trustworthy Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity to manage a well-maintained, sleek portfolio located within the Ipswich area.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Manage a portfolio of 120 Properties all located locally to the Ipswich area
- Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
- Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Entry and Exit Inspections and reporting
- Prepare claims for bonds & attend QCAT hearings (training provided)
- Leasing and Routines support
- No weekend work
- No trust accounting

**About you**:

- Previous Property Management experience, 1 to 3 years ideal.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A current Certificate of Registration, own car & driver’s license
- A strong team player and experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
