This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with managerial experience to join a progressive and purpose-driven aged care provider to support our aged care homes across Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria.

**The Position**:
The Operational Support Manager will have the flexibility to travel to various locations, supporting our residential aged care homes as allocated. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for supporting Facility Managers with the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters at our aged care homes.

**Requirements**:
Ideally, we are looking for **RN qualified and AHPRA certified individuals** with an in depth understanding of the ACQSC Quality Standards (relevant to aged care) and of the Residential Aged Care funding requirements.
- You’ll bring a collaborative approach to your work as well as a demonstrated track record in building and leading strong teams.
- You will be able to strike a positive balance between the professional, commercial and care aspects of your role and our organisation.
- You will have experience managing and/or leading teams as a senior level.

This role will be reporting into the Chief Operations Officer, as part of a well-established, passionate team. An attractive salary packaging option is on offer along with a multitude of learning and development opportunities across the business.

The role requires regular travel across the facilities and flexibility with short to medium term stays depending on the facility needs at the time, and you will need to hold a current Drivers Licence.
