**About the role**:
This role contributes to the success of the city by providing quality customer service for all customer interactions and accuracy of invoicing and record keeping is maintained at all times.

Role accountabilities include:

- Assist the customers to use the Council’s Waste Management Centre efficiently and effectively by providing clear instructions and responses to questions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of record keeping in relation to the operation of the Toll Booth.
- Undertake cash handling and electronic transactions for customer usage of the Centre and liaise with the City’s Finance Service staff for all cash and invoicing requirements and for the accuracy of the daily takings.
- Ensure effective reconciliation of the customer transaction

**About you**:
