**Classification**:$121,680 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading.
**Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT.***
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period.

Seeking expressions of interest for the role of Manager, Educational Resources and Support - Office of Teaching and Learning.

This position will provide strategic leadership, and operational management of the Educational Resource Unit and efficiently and effectively manage the human, physical and financial resources allocated to it.

You will also ensure that organisational teaching and learning resources are compliant with relevant standards, that development priorities are clearly identified and that objectives are achieved within budget and agreed timeframes.

The successful applicant will have proven leadership and management skills, superior interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt effectively to the changing needs of an organisation.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of professional staff in the development of high quality, compliant teaching and learning and marketing resources and assets.
- Extensive instructional design experience in online, blended and/or print projects within a tertiary education environment.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in an educational environment, including a sound background in teaching and administration in a Vocational Education and Training or Higher Education context.
- A demonstrated understanding of contemporary teaching and learning trends in the tertiary education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work effectively with education, industry and corporate clients to achieve quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated project management ability, and proven time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work concurrently on multiple tasks in an environment of competing priorities.
