In this role, you'll bring your expertise to life, implementing innovative teaching methods and fostering a dynamic learning environment.

As a key player in our team, you'll actively engage students, providing advice and participating in their educational journey. Your role extends to shaping an inclusive and motivating atmosphere tailored to diverse student needs. Join us in contributing to continuous improvement, efficiently managing operational duties, and maintaining industry connections for customized training.

About You

To be successful, you'll possess the following:

• Industry knowledge with a specific emphasis on current technology and industry practices.
• Ability to be innovative and adapt teaching methodologies, catering to diverse student needs.
• Experience as a teacher of vocational and/or higher education and training programs.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of contemporary teaching and learning methodologies.
• Experience in implementing latest training and assessment strategies to meet student and course requirements.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.
