**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$60,416 - $65,237 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
**Time Fraction**:Part Time, 0.4 EFT.
**Location**:Moorabbin campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period.

The Library is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team at Holmesglen’s Moorabbin Campus.

In this role, you'll undertake the receiving and processing of library resources ensuring resources are appropriately prepared for location on the shelves and ready for circulation. You'll also be responsible for monitoring overdue books and maintaining academic reserves, ensuring that reading list items are made accessible in our catalogue.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Diploma of Library Information Services or equivalent qualifications accredited by the Australian Library and Information Association, along with relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of library lending procedures and practices within an educational environment, including the management and maintenance of library resources with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure service priorities are met.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with well-developed interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven customer service expertise, providing courteous, informative, and accurate responses to inquiries while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
