Onboarding Specialist

We are an exciting SaaS based business in Australia and New Zealand that provides a full Ecosystem to restaurants, takeaways and food outlets. Although small in Australia and New Zealand, we have exciting plans to grow and gain our market share. We are a UK based business with over 28,000 clients and are now expanding in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
We require an **On-boarding specialist to join our team in Australia,** who should be based in Newcastle. This is a office based role.
**Purpose**
This new hire will essentially be splitting Early Life Account Management & On-boarding into 2 distinct roles. Existing employees will maintain the account management roles & the new hire will be responsible for the on-boarding.
- Monitor and oversee all aspects of the account / restaurant on-boarding pipeline and identify processing gaps and delays, to ensure the on-boarding journey is timely and our clients are fully supported throughout.
- Utilise, manage and update various client and on-boarding databases to ensure data is up to date and accurately depicts current pipeline activity.
- Contact restaurants prior to, and during on-boarding to build brand rapport and assist with any queries to ensure clients are fully comfortable and satisfied with our processes and systems so they will have the best chance of success on our platform.
- Facilitate and assist in the collection and entry of data such as menus, operational details, forms and reports required for new account set up.
- Assist with on-boarding related administration, reporting and process implementation for our restaurant partners
- Monitor hardware dispatch to restaurants, along with installation time frames to ensure this on-boarding stage is operating in a timely and efficient manner, flagging issues or delays to management where necessary.
- Arrange various on-boarding functions as needed such as, POS and menu integration for new restaurant sites and coordinating CRM requirements.
- Coordinate and/or assist with appropriate technical training and support for clients, when required, as part of the on-boarding process.
- Liaise and collaborate with local, global and cross functional department teams to assist in conducting and improving both the client on-boarding and sales experience, in conjunction with exercising appropriate levels of escalation to appropriate teams as directed by the Employer.
- Undertake a range of general administrative and clerical duties that may include:
- Provide customer service to customers and other stakeholders.
- Utilising computer and customer management systems and software.
- Data entry and reporting.
- Schedule and manage on-boarding appointments, maintaining an updated calendar
- Maintain clear communication pathways between new clients, warehouse & dispatch operations, and the new business account management team
- Attend and contribute to meetings as required.
- Attend and participate in training as required.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all customers.
- Manage allocated tasks and work with others to meet deadlines.
- Exercise judgement in deciding how tasks are performed and completed to ensure the quality standard of completed work.
- Any other duties in accordance with your classification under the Award and such other associated duties as may be reasonably required or directed by the Employer from time to time.
