Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality behaviour support services to NDIS participants, focusing on assessing and addressing challenging behaviours that impact their quality of life and community participation.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviours and develop targeted behaviour support plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, their support networks, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized behaviour support plans that emphasize positive behaviour reinforcement, skill-building, environmental modifications, and crisis prevention strategies.
  • Implement and monitor behaviour support plans, providing coaching, training, and support to clients, families, and support staff to ensure consistent implementation and positive behaviour outcomes.
Requirements
  • Allied Health Tertiary Qualified AHPRA registered Full Working Rights WWCC, Police Check & NDIS Worker Check

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

This role is primarily clinic-based in Broadmeadow and Gosford, with options for part-time or full-time work.
