Communications is crucial to the operation of the hotel and has a direct impact on revenue generation so you can expect to grow into a systems expert, an analytical thinker, and an architect of exceptional experiences, all while being trained and led by a team of industry leading hospitality experts.

Then you may well be our next Communications Centre Supervisor - an ambassador of the Sofitel brand and of modern French art de vivre.

**What you will be doing**:
- Supervise and support the Communications team- Be a customer journey expert and facilitator- Ensure effective communication of new and updated hotel information- Use systems such as SevenRooms, OrderUp, Opera, Eventbrite, LQA, Trust You, and the PABX- Prepare rosters and process timesheets for team members- Implement training programs for employees, conduct induction and skills training- Analyse systems data and suggest improvements for efficiencies and profit maximisation.
