**What Your Day Will Look Like**
- **Leadership & Team Development**: Collaborate with lead doctors to oversee daily operations, conduct staff inductions, and provide training to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
- **Scheduling & Operational Management**: Coordinate diaries, manage waitlists, handle patient appointments, and address operational challenges with a solutions-focused approach. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations by managing accurate patient records.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Prepare reports, manage confidential information, assist with project management, and ensure smooth communication within the team.Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing (Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance), and payroll.
- **Practice Support & Event Coordination**: Organize events, oversee inventory and equipment maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all. Lead team meetings, address patient feedback, and ensure satisfaction across all levels of care and service delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Leadership Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written abilities.
- **Organizational Savvy**: Excellent multitasking and workflow prioritization.
- **Billing Knowledge**: Experience with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance (preferred but not essential).
- **Positive Attitude**: A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting the team and patients.
