**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Determines techniques to improve the basis for decision making, policy construction, and program design and execution.
- Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for information processing systems including manual systems and those supported by data processing equipment.
- Coordinates with all organizations involved to ascertain system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.

**About you**:

- To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Information Technology) from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret reports and information
- Experience in a customer liaison role
- Exposure and knowledge with the relevant technologies and domains including: Collaboration tools - SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, SAP, Databases - SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL, Business Analytic Tools - Tableau, Cognos, Service Central,
- Sound knowledge and experience with configuration, data and change management

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
