We have a unique opportunity for experienced clinicians looking to move into a non-clinical role.

**You will be qualified as an**:

- Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with full AHPRA registration)
- Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA membership as an AEP)
- Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC or RCAA membership)
- Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration)

You will be joining Procare during an exciting phase of growth, working with our NSW team to help support and drive service delivery. This role will include both opportunities to engage externally with our customers and internally, supporting our growing allied health team across NSW.

**Day to day you can expect to**:

- Move off the tools into a rewarding industry providing Return to Work and Function services.
- Be an integral part of the journey, every step of the way, for clients who require your support and assistance to return to function after an injury.
- Gain satisfaction in working with a diverse range of clients to provide client-centred and goal-based recommendations to return to independence in day to day life.
- Use your existing skills or develop new ones for injury management of complex conditions including traumatic brain injury and post-concussion syndrome; complex orthopaedic and musculoskeletal; and primary and secondary psychological - we can provide the internal support to upskill
- Use your clinical knowledge to conduct a range of different assessment services such as Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments.
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Undertake project work and be involved in exciting service development in the local CTP space including in-house secondments, project development and innovation.

We are flexible with working hours, and we have scope for a full time or part time based at any of our Sydney offices including Alexandria, Parramatta, Macquarie Park or Wollongong.

**About you**:

- Experience working within NSW Workers Comp and/or CTP scheme (highly regarded).
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
- Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
