This is a unique opportunity to use your policy analyst expertise to influence the design of services and information that supports injured workers to achieve their best outcomes.

This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis.

**_ About you_**
You are a highly capable policy analyst with well-honed critical thinking, judgment and reasoning skills. You possess excellent communication skills, are adept at building authentic and enduring relationships, and have a natural ability to develop an easy rapport with a variety of stakeholders. You enjoy research, consultation and data analysis, with the ability to readily synthesise and simplify complex information. You have a track record for developing policies, procedures and user education programs. Finally, you see the story in the ‘numbers’ and feel comfortable with interrogating complex fee structures.

The total remuneration package for this position starts from $107,842 per annum plus superannuation.
