**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the companies products and capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools and CRM systems.
