**Child Care Administrator**

At Kool Kidz Cranbourne West, We are looking for a dedicated and passionate **Child Care Administrator** to join our team. If you're a **Room Leader** or **Assistant Educator** ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply While prior experience as an administrator is beneficial, we provide **training for freshers** and are eager to support your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Manage staff scheduling, communication, and development
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both children and staff
- Work closely with parents and staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth centre operations
- Previous experience as a Room Leader, Assistant Educator, or in a similar childcare role or Assistant Director who wants to step down from their current role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability and Flexibility: Able to work 5 days per week. This is a full-time position where you need to be flexible to work both ends of the day so you can build those relationships with the families and the teams.
- Receptive to Constructive Feedback: A positive attitude towards feedback from the support team or area managers.
- Commitment to a Long-Term Role: Looking for individuals dedicated to a lasting partnership; we prioritize relationship-building over simply filling positions.
- Willingness to Go the Extra Mile: Able to contribute extra hours weekly as needed to meet operational goals.
- Full-Time, Primarily Off-the-Floor Role: Though based off the floor, willingness to assist in rooms as needed.
- High Personal Integrity: Honest, reliable, and transparent, with a commitment to quality education and care, and strong teamwork skills.
- Required Qualifications: Diploma in Childcare or related qualification, Working with Children Check, and First Aid certification.

This role will be Supported by full time off the floor Centre Director and full time off the floor Assistant Director.

This role will also be Supported by full time Educational Leader.
