- Lithgow City Council_ has an exciting entry level career opportunity for the right person with our Organisational Performance & Communications Team.

As the Corporate Planning and Communications Support Officer you will play a key role in both assisting with the delivery of Councils Corporate Planning and Reporting documents, and communicating and engaging with the community and businesses on Council’s key projects and programs.

In the role of the Corporate Planning and Communications Support Officer you will work closely with project managers and across all functions of the Council to assist with the dissemination of information to the community and staff through various channels including Council’s website, social media platforms, media releases and newsletters. You will also help deliver effective consultation and engagement and assist with Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting requirements including the management and development of Council’s Corporate Reporting and Performance Management System.
