Prima is not your ordinary print manufacturing facility. We are a fast paced, ever changing and a **rapidly growing organisation**. There is even the occasional 4-legged friends who brighten up the work days
We are a** multinational** organisation with **mega** facilities located across the globe District Photo our parent company has over **70 years of expertise **in this field and runs 4 facilities across the US. Additionally, our sister facility Harrier dominates in the UK & European market with a facility in the UK & another in the Czech Republic
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a **Receptionist / HR Administrator**. This is a fantastic entry level multi hatted position that will give you exposure to many different areas of the business and a role where no two days will be the same.
**Some of the hats you will wear include**:
- **The 3rd Musketeer** - Partnering with our HR Team to help with administrative tasks, recruitment and delivering fun HR projects and programs
- **Director of First Impressions **- Being the warm and friendly face for visitors, clients and team members.
- **Office Organisation Master **- Ensuring the office is as cool as a cucumber, this may include organising catering, managing third party suppliers, setting up for events, creating cleaning rosters, controlling the stationary stock and managing our security card system
- **Gatekeeper of Spare Parts - **Providing administrative support by tracking parts that are consumed and providing them to the team (training will be provided)

**What we are looking for**:

- Administration experience
- Currently studying or a keen interest in HR
- Initiative and drive to look for areas you can add value
- Great people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
- The ability to juggle many tasks on the go
- Competency in Microsoft Office
