**Position Overview**:As a service manager at Marshall Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services to customers. You will lead a team of service professionals, drive operational excellence, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities are set out below:

- Assit with the preparation of estimation documents as required
- Keep accurate record of site activities and oversee the management related documents.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve service - related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Manage the service department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Identify cost - saving opportunties without compromising service quality.
- Manage the schedule on the daily basis make sure everything runs smooth onsite.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Experience in construction management or similar
- Proven experience in a service management role for atleast 1 - 2 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused and dedicated to delivering exceptional services.

Pay: $74,648.62 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
