**Woods & Co** have partnered with a medium-sized commercial plumbing business in the Eastern Suburbs that are looking for someone with an impressive amount of administration experience to offer support to the Office Manager and plumbing staff out on the road.

**What do you do**
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes

**What do you need**
- 2-3 + year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to use MYOB or Xero
- A logical and well thought out thinker
- The ability to work autonomously
- Great communication skills
