**Join Our Team: Reception & Administration Support **We're currently seeking a Reception & Administration Support professional with great communication skills and a positive attitude, to join our close-knit team.

**Position Summary**: As the Reception & Administration Support, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our office. You will also provide administrative support to various departments to help maintain the efficiency and smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Process customer sales orders and assist with customer enquiries.
- Provide administrative support, including taking (EFTPOS) payments, data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Handle basic office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Collaborate with different teams to assist in various tasks, as needed.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or business is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warm and friendly demeanour with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience in reception, administration or construction is preferred but not required.

**Working Hours**: This is a part-time position, with 25 hours per week, during regular office hours. Specific scheduling can be discussed during the interview process.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $32,500.00 - $41,600.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:
