**About The Company**:
Our client is a contemporary, boutique adult and pediatric ear, nose, throat, head, and neck surgery practice. They pride themselves on their ability to provide excellent care due to their range of highly qualified surgeons and associates.
**About The Opportunity**:
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Running of clinics (2-3 times a week)
- Greeting patients on arrival, checking them in and answering any non-clinical questions
- Processing patient, Medicare and Private health fund payments
- Liaising with patients before and after their surgery to ensure a smooth journey
- Schedule management including coordinating the opening and rescheduling of clinics and corresponding with hospitals to coordinate operating lists
- Ensuring accurate invoicing of patients and prompt payments of suppliers
- Working closely with administrative teams across multiple clinics to support a seamless and efficient practice
**About You**:
- 2+ years experience as a Receptionist
- Experience with cloud-based software such as Clinic to Cloud (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
- High attention to detail, including spelling, grammar and accuracy with numbers
