Therapy Focus recently appointed a new CEO and we are now looking for an experienced **Executive Assistant** to support the work of the CEO and Executive team. The role is based in our central office in **Bentley**. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and we are looking for someone to commence in early 2023.
**About the role**:

- Provide executive support including administrative and secretarial support for the CEO, Executive Managers, the Board and Company Secretary on a confidential basis.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and support ensuring the CEO is organised, prepared and able to effectively manage all demands.
- Convene meetings, collate, and organise agenda papers, attend meetings and record minutes as required.
- Maintain a high level of interpersonal skills in communicating and collaborating with key staff, Board. Directors, customers, stakeholders, and external agencies relevant to the CEO and Therapy Focus.
- Coordinate travel requests, expense claims, diary management, meetings and logistics for CEO and the Board (if required).
- Work with the Company Secretary to organise and coordinate Board meetings, Committees and AGM including assisting with invitations, Board papers and all meeting logistics.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, letters and other documents as required on behalf of the CEO
- Arrange functions for the CEO, Board and Executive Managers.
- Represent Therapy Focus in a professional capacity as required.

**About you**:

- Strong work tenure: at least 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a non-profit or community services organisation.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to relate on a personal level with people with disabilities, families, advocates, friends, the community and other professionals.
- Evidence of high-level administrative skills, including ability to draft correspondence, reports, and produce clear and accurate records of meetings.
- Attention to detail is important to you and consistently produce documents to an exceptional level of quality and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability in working with sensitive material and respecting confidentiality
- Proven ability to analyse and manage critical issues and use judgment to determine which issues require the CEO's attention.
- Demonstrated capacity to plan and prioritise workload, coordinate activities within the team and meet deadlines.
- Experience in supporting a Board of Directors and Executive teams.
- Proven and superior ability working with Microsoft Office software packages
- Experience of liaising with government and statutory bodies is highly desirable
