**What you do**:
As a key member of the technology team reporting to the Technology Operations & Infrastructure Manager, your role is essential in supporting iSelect's critical services and ensuring their effective operation. Your main responsibilities will be platform support and infrastructure management with a strong passion for end user experience and a continuous improvement mindset.

**Platform Support**:

- Manage and support customer, digital, and integration platforms.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs by triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the security team to uphold IT security policies.

**Infrastructure Management**:

- Support and manage iSelect's infrastructure to maintain business stability.
- Provide escalation support (level 2- 3) to desktop support teams and assist with configuration management and back services.
- Resolve incident problem tickets both independently and with other technology teams.

**Apple MacBook Support**:

- Responsible for the roll out and support of Apple MacBook and provide technical expertise across both hardware and software.

**What you need**:

- 4+ years experience in enterprise infrastructure support.
- Level 2 / Level 3 escalated technical and infrastructure support
- Apple Mac experience - essential
- Experience Managing hardware components such as physical and virtual servers (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and on-prem VMware hybrid infrastructure platforms).
- Deployment and maintenance of end user technology using Intune & JAMF (bonus) configuration management suites.
- Administration and management of On-Prem Active Directory, Office365 / Messaging & Azure environment.
- TIL Foundation certificate - preferred
- Network fundamentals such as CCNA/P or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple vendors
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
