This is a permanent full-time position that will be based in our West Perth office.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the Content Development Training Supervisor, the purpose of this position is to optimise the Company’s Learning & Management System (LMS) to ensure data synchronisation by integration with other relevant systems, data accuracy and to capture training conducted to ensure compliance across the business.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Establish a newly developed LMS under the INX platform
- Administer and maintain Business Learning Systems (INX)
- Maintain records of training in INX Learning and Tablet based VOC system including data entry of corporate and site training
- Provide training to Sites on the current and future Learning System capabilities.
- Ensure all training and assessments undertaken within the L&D system is current, in accordance with required standards, and complies with company and legislative requirements as specified in various acts.
- Assist in the development of E-Learning resources
- Assist and advise with the design and development of learning material.
- Develop, monitor and maintain Administration proficiencies within the Business.
- Management of training records
- Develop and promote continuous improvement to the L&D systems.
- Develop role profiles across the business.
- Provide help desk support for INX queries.
- Adjust Training Needs Analysis (TNA)'s to align with sites requirements.
- Create new skill and procedure entry codes.
- Amend any clerical errors through inaccurate data input.
- Amend, develop, and test eLearning materials.
- Test customisations and functions in all systems
- Regularly cleanse the data to ensure currency.
- General Training administration duties including data entry of corporate and site training.
- Establish Documentation as required.
- Research and liaise with external providers to source innovative and cost-effective e-learning training Solutions

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Accurately report on training compliance levels within the business and liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide Learning Systems training to individuals and teams in accordance with Training Standards, Training Management Procedure and site/project Training Management Plans.
- Monitor compliance in Learning Systems training and provide support to managers and supervisors in relation to the training needs of their staff.
- Support future learning systems capabilities on site as required.
- Assist and advise with the design and development of learning material

**ABOUT YOU**:

- TAESS00011 Assessor Skill Set or TAESS00014 Enterprise Trainer-Skill Set or TAE40110 or TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience with Learning Management System, ideally INX
- Competent in developing (or contributing to the development of) training and assessment materials.
- Knowledge of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements and compliance
