Finance /accounts Officer

Our client seeks a **Part Time** **Finance /Accounts Officer **to be based in their office in north-western suburb of Canberra.
- **12-month Part-Time fixed-term position, offering 20 - 25 hours per week**:
- **Excellent organisation culture**:
- **Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum, pro-rata, plus super**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Check and process invoices for payment.
- Run reports and analysis from grants management system (Salesforce platform)
- Collaborate with the finance officer on reconciling the grants system with Xero accounts.
- Setup Excel spreadsheets for financial data analysis
- Extract reports from the grants management system
- Provide support to program activity teams on financial aspects of projects.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience and qualification.
- Hands-on experience in finance
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
