Clough has an exciting opportunity for Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead to join the HR Function based in Brisbane, Sydney or Perth. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources you will lead the HR and workforce reporting and manage demand planning visibility and accuracy in line with our global group reporting requirements.

Your focus will include:- Leading the delivery and of the workforce reporting requirements and maintenance of large data sets, accurately in order to provide harmonised and integrated analysis of headcount actuals and forecasts to plan for integration into the global system.- Provides dashboard reporting and analytics on the local and regional people data and trends.- Collaborates with Business Development and the precontracts functions to identify project and growth target bench strength and capacity planning

What you will bring to the team:
- Critical and complex thinking and analysis, coupled with the ability to respectfully challenge and create a standard of visibility and consistency- Experience building and maintain reporting data, power BI and or other innovative tools- Practical experience in a range of HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, workday or mypass)- Previous experience in Workforce Reporting & analytics- Attention to detail and ability to assess and questions inaccuracies- Engage with projects to drive accurate data results- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
