We are seeking a **Wholesale Account Coordinator **for an **IMMEDIATE START.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership in Sales Order Management**:

- Be a strong member in the sales coordination team in managing Lioness sales orders, ensuring precise processing from receipt to delivery, aiming for seamless customer experiences and maximised sales potential.

**Enhanced Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and optimize the wholesale client experience with Lioness, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships and maximizing sales potential. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support from onboarding to ongoing orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

**Identification and Pursuit of Business Opportunities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for repeat and new business with wholesale clients, highlighting potential revenue streams and promptly communicating them to the Brand & Sales Director to meet monthly repeat revenue targets.

**Comprehensive Product Administration**:

- Oversee end-to-end product and range administration tasks, including product data management, linesheets creation, and generating planning reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, collaborating closely with the Design & Brand Manager and Brand Director to support sales objectives.

**Training and Development Leadership**:

- Provide training and mentorship to junior level team members, focusing on current best practices in sales coordination.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role preferably within the Lifestyle, Fashion, Sport, FMCG or similar type industries.
- Ability to build strong strategic relationships.
- Strong analytical and solution focused skills.
- Ability to identify key trends, interpret & execute.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, whilst being flexible enough to adapt to changes in circumstances.
- Disciplined and able to work independently and work well with internal teams.
- Possess a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to contribute at Management meetings.
- Ability to anticipate issues, ability to take initiative in problem-solving.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
