We are seeking a Fashion Warehouse Coordinator who is available for an IMMEDIATE START. This role is for a permanent position.

The Warehouse Coordinator is an Entry-Mid Level role within the Warehouse Team who assists with the picking, packing and sending of retail and wholesale orders, as well as ad-hoc support for the Warehouse Team in a range of duties.

This role is for a Chinese and English speaking Bilingual role within the Warehouse team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick, pack and send sales orders from Lioness Warehouse within set targets and timeframes.
- Accurately assist with inbound receiving of bulk stock including moving cartons into bays and then stock onto shelves.
- Accurately and efficiently send small and bulk domestic and international orders for wholesale and retail customers.
- Process returns parcels from both retail and wholesale customers.
- Assist with accurate warehouse stock keeping, as well as maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment with the team.

Job Requirements:

- Responsible, diligent and efficient, must be able to physically work in a warehouse and do physical pick and pack work
- Attention to detail, accurate with numbers and counting of stock.
- Ability to use computers & software, training will be provided.
- Fashion Warehouse or previous warehouse experience preferred.

**Salary**: $44,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All warehouse workers are required to wear a mask, and all staff are fully vaccinated. We also have check in for all staff. The warehouse is cleaned weekly with all surfaces disinfected.
