**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting both pre and post go-live activities related to system implementations by carefully managing invoicing forms, portal activities, and general administrative tasks, whilst contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the operations.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage all things related to invoicing preparation, credit management, pre and post go-live activities related to system implementations.
- Prepare inputs for Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Works Invoices.
- Ensure timely generation and submission of Invoice forms within 2 working days of job completion.
- Verify and include accurate client purchase order and other requisite details on invoice forms.
- Submit invoice forms for the generation of Invoices.
- Collaborate with Contract Managers and Contract Support Teams to address any rejected invoice forms.
- Maintain a weekly credit register and present it to management at the end of each week.
- Upload approved invoices to client portals whilst dealing with the rejected invoices.
- Handle Credit Requests with meticulous attention to detail.
- Complete Credit forms and submit them for generation.
- Maintain and manage a weekly credit register which needs to be submitted to management by the end of the week.
- Assist with data entry for Simpro during the pre go-live period to facilitate business implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the integration team to support all pre go-live activities.

**Requirements**:

- Billing Officer/Support Administrator Support experience **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Must be available immediately to start **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Experience with CRM system Simpro** (Highly Regarded)**:

- Can handle roughly** (200 invoices per week)**:

- Be open to working in the office minimum 1 day

**Extra Details**:

- **Pay range**: between **$30 P/H - $37 P/H + Super**:

- **Location**: WFH Remote and Head Office Melbourne CBD **(1 day minimum)**:

- 3+month Assignment** (Strong potential of extension)**:

- **Must be Immediately Available to Start**
