In the role of Commercial Strategy & Marketing (CS&M) Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Commercial Strategy and Marketing team across Australia and New Zealand. You will free time up for our CS&M leads making workflows more efficient and effective enabling these leads to drive business-building strategies and initiatives.

**What duties would I perform in this role?**

No two days will be the same. You could be undertaking any one or all these activities within a day at Kao Salon.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate tasks on behalf of the Kao Salon Leadership team.
- Support the development and execution of processes and systems in response to business operations & customer needs.
- Aid the Regional and Country business support programs by providing customer & internal team assistance.
- Provide digital asset support.
- Assist in the planning/coordination/development of customer presentations, conferences, company events and special events as required.
- Support the Kao Salon Academy with branding and merchandising needs.
- Be involved in special projects, creative briefs, & artwork coordination

**Who are we looking for**
- Degree qualified or have a minimum of three-years' experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in computer literacy specifically MS Office with extensive knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Able to efficiently organise, plan and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
- Ability to work effectively with internal resources at various levels of the organisation as well as external contacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest and knowledge in digital and social media strategy and trends.
- Interest in working in the beauty and salon industry with opportunity for growth.
