The role

As part of our Maritime group, the Risk Manager will be responsible for the overall risk, opportunity and issues management framework within the Maritime group. The role will work with the project team to develop and implement risk, opportunity and issues management practices within the Maritime portfolio.
- Develop, implement and maintain the Risk Management Framework for the Maritime Group, compliant with ISO31000 and best practice for risk and opportunity management.
- Maintain, develop and implement the group and program Risk and Issues Management Plan and other risk management plans.
- Oversee and maintain the Enterprise Partnering Agreement Risk Register and ensure that risk owners and action owners are regularly updating owned risks, opportunities and actions.
- Oversea and maintain the Enterprise Partnering Agreement Issues Register and ensue that issue and action owners are regularly updating owned issues and actions.
- Facilitate risk and opportunity workshops, maintenance of systems, process and reporting.
- Champion best practice for risk, opportunity and issues management in the Maritime group for all programs and projects.
- Flexible work arrangements such as partial work from home/office, 9 day fortnight and part time (0.8 FTE minimum) will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- 5+ years of experience in a risk management or project management context.
- Experience with risk management principles and practices, include ISO31000 or relevant standard.
- Ability to use risk management tools such as Predict and issues management tools such as Jira.
- Experience working within the Australian Standard for Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) framework.
- Experience with issues management principles and practices.

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
