**The Company**
Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organisation that provides products & services to more than 70 countries globally

**The Role**
As a Facilities Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Effectively Managing work orders submitted by facilities managers in a timely manner
- Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
- Handling inbound calls from clients in relation to product faults, services, and complaints to ensure SLAs are achieved.
- Following up with various departments and technicians to ensure the best service possible.
- Processing updates and work orders through multiple portals.
- **Location**: Condell Park - parking on site available
- **Salary: $60 -65K + Super and **Attractive Bonus
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday - between 8:00am to 6:00pm (37.5 hour week)
- Office Based Training, with some WFH flexibility upon completion.

**You**
As a successful Facilities Coordinator, you will offer:

- **Previous experience in facilities management and experience dealing with various facilities departments is preferred**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- Experience in stakeholder management
- Portal management experience - comfortable across Pronto or Salesforce is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail across data entry
- A passion to learn, with the drive to grow and progress
- A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
- Team player
