Tooronga Podiatry is a well-established and respected podiatry clinic with over 35 years’ experience providing excellent care to the patients of Malvern and surrounding suburbs.

With a brand new clinic opening in Kooyong, we are looking for a **Clinical Manager** to work across both sites as part of a great team.

The roll will include two key components, Reception and Clinical Management including:

- Working reception
- Supporting clinical staff
- Management of clinical diary
- Reprocessing of clinical equipment (education provided)
- Strong focus on customer/patient experience
- Bookkeeping / payroll
- Invoice accounts payable and receivable
- External comms with stakeholders
- Self-motivated and passionate
- Great communication skills, friendly and personable
- Genuine care for patients
- Book keeping
- Basic data management (basic data dumping)
- Office 365
- Autonomous thinking and problem solving
- Professional appearance and delivery

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
