Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care. Processing payments and managing patient records with attention to detail. Assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment. We're Looking For: Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (veterinary clinic experience is a plus but not required). Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with animals and people. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
