ENDORSED ENROLLED NURSE

Part-Time Position Shoreham Location Generous Salary Packaging Options As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based resident-centered care following specific clinical policies and approved protocols. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse. 

What you bring:
Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.  A minimum of two years’ experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement. Thorough knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation. Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services. Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Proven ability to guide, motivate staff and promote a positive work environment. Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Availability for Afternoon/Evening shift.
