I am seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager - ITIL V3 in Melbourne to take up a 8 months contract with a view of extension.

**Your day at NTT**
- Demonstrated experience in service management space ITIL V3 (Intermediate to expert level)
- Good to have consulting and processes improvement experience
- Good understanding of infrastructure and cloud environment
- Ability to work with multiple priorities and under pressure
- Someone who is not afraid of wearing multiple hats such as project manager business analyst, transition lead and service architect
- Have pragmatic approach towards the effort required for a work package
- Ability to present to work to all level of management
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Well-developed interpersonal communication and organisation skill

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- MS Visio or any other process mapping tool
- Strong MS office skill
- Good understating of ITSM tool i.e ServiceNow, BMC or HP SM9
- Understands the impact of organisational culture and drives positive influence
- Overcoming organisational silos, bridging differences in understanding between key stakeholders across different contexts.
- Maintains composure and deals with challenge and questions effectively
- Strives to achieve outcomes that delivers benefits for all parties
- Takes responsibility for making things happen with energy and drive
