Casual Membership Consultant

**Position Location**: Glen Waverley / Oakleigh / Clayton

**About the Position**:
The Membership Consultant provides a professional sales focus for prospective club members, implements sales and marketing strategies and actively sells club memberships. The Membership Consultants’ role is integral to the continued growth and success of the Recreation Centres.

Act as a frontline representative of Active Monash;
Make a difference in our club culture by providing a warm, genuine and professional level of service in a fast paced environment;
Conduct initial introductions, presentations and tours of our facilities.

**About You**:
Strong customer service orientation;
Strong Sales skills;
Sound Team skills;
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirement of the position**:
Right to work in Australia;
Employee Working with Children’s Check;
Safeguarding Children Certificate;
Satisfactory National Police Check;
Level II First Aid qualification and CPR;
Current Drivers License and ability to travel to various work locations if required; and

Ability to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts across our three facilities in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton.
