**Marketing Executive | Hospitality Entertainment Venue | Melbourne CBD**

**The Company**

Our client runs a a new entertainment venue located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. It comprises 7 different spaces over 3 floors and houses 6 bars and a full kitchen. Specialising in bar sports and activities, offering Table Tennis, VR, Darts, Shuffleboard tables and courts to name a few. The venues key focus is delivering the ultimate patron experience from its food, interactions and atmosphere.

**The Role**

An exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing Executive to join the expanding team at. This is a fast growing hospitality venue, seeking a dynamic go-getter with a passion for digital marketing. You will be the driving force behind the online presence and be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns to build our already well established brand awareness and attract new customers. You will be a strategic thinker with a creative flair and have experience in a broad range of marketing channels. This company is all about teamwork, so you will be working closely with the marketing, events and operations team to deliver impressive results. **Key responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate and execute an annual marketing plan
- Develop new events, campaigns and promotions
- Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns
- Identify appropriate marketing channels for each campaign and manage the rollout
- across all
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic,
- engage customers and increase conversion
- Source and manage suppliers and agencies
- Brief internal and external teams and agencies on campaigns to optimise success
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, media outlets and influencers
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively and ensure all activities
- deliver a strong return on investment
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as
- needed
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make
- recommendations for new or improved tactics

**What you bring to the role**
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign execution and
- measurement
- Strong knowledge of a board range of marketing channels with a focus on digital
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Experience working with, briefing and managing external suppliers and agencies
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred
